Amendment to Article 8 Membership Rules
1.1 Corporate members refer to legal corporate units that register on the Link Pass platform and pay corresponding fees. Corporate members must legally register and use the services provided by the Link Pass platform within the business scope.
1.2 Pay membership fees on time

1.7 If the contact person of an enterprise member changes, the information correction should be made to our center in the enterprise member's CRM as soon as possible to avoid service interruption in the future.
2.1 When an enterprise applies to become a Link Pass enterprise member, it must provide detailed enterprise information and pay relevant membership fees.
2.2 Enterprises applying for membership should submit accurate data declarations to the service consultants of the Link Pass City Service Center according to their regions.
2.3 After completing the data declaration, the enterprise has the responsibility to cooperate with the professional institutions of our center to conduct comprehensive due diligence to ensure that the information is accurate.
2.4 Link Pass will carefully review the submitted application data. Once approved, the enterprise can obtain formal corporate membership.
2.5 After becoming a member, the enterprise should regularly report information disclosure. For example, when there are major changes in the equity structure, important business events, key management personnel adjustments, and major events related to products, scientific research, and operations, they should be reported in a timely and truthful manner. This helps ensure that all Link Pass partners are kept up to date on what's happening with your business.
2.6 Member companies obtain the Link Pass anti-counterfeiting authentication code, which is specially used to display the real situation of the company. All the content comes from the data declaration of the enterprise and has been verified by a third-party professional organization. Our center is not responsible for the authenticity of the coded content.
3.1 Members will receive a status badge that can be used to enter and exit all activities held on the Link Pass platform.

3.4 Members in charge can participate in any online courses held by our center and International Business School for free.

3.6 After successfully joining the membership, members will receive 12 general activity coupons issued by our center . 3.7 The person in charge of the member can apply to participate in the public roadshow of our center's activities in each city every quarter, only once a year.
3.8 The person in charge of the member can apply to participate in the weekly online event roadshow of our center, which is limited to two times a year.
3.9 The person in charge of the member can apply to participate in the global corporate visit activities held by our center and the International Business School. The activity is free, but the related expenses such as transportation, board and lodging will be borne by the members themselves.
3.10 Members will have the opportunity to display the listing on the official website of our center and get a listing number.
3.11 Members will receive a listing certificate.
3.12 The company's internal diagnosis and training courses are limited to one day, and the transportation, board and lodging costs of experts' visits shall be borne by members.

4.1 Use the Link Pass platform legally and not engage in any illegal activities.
4.2 Maintain the security of your own account information, and do not share your account with others.
4.3 Comply with the rules and policies of the Link Pass platform.
4.4 Pay the membership fees on time without default.
4.5 Abide by the articles of association, various rules and regulations and self-discipline rules.
4.6 Implement the resolutions of the Association.
4.7 Safeguard the legal rights and reputation of the association.

4.9 Actively participate in various activities of the Association.
4.10 Actively cooperate with the supplement and maintenance of the website, journal and database of the Association.
4.11 Members shall designate a service consultant to be the liaison with the Center.
4.12 In case of replacement of a member representative, a written report must be made to the Center.
4.13 If a member violates the laws and regulations of the country where he belongs and is proven, his membership will be terminated accordingly.
4.14 Actively cooperate with the guidance of service consultants and course arrangements.
5.1 Corporate members need to pay membership fees according to the agreed cycle.
5.2 Corporate members only need to pay an annual membership fee of US$ 1,800 , and the next year's fee is 50% of the membership fee , which is US$ 900 .
5.3 There are no other extension fees for corporate members.
5.4 All fees and service contents are open and transparent. If there is any suspected violation of the center's regulations and arbitrary charges, please report to our center immediately.
5.5 Third-party charges have nothing to do with our center, and corporate members should identify the relationship to avoid being deceived.

6.1 Corporate members have the right to apply for withdrawal at any time.
6.2 To apply for withdrawal, you must notify Link Pass in advance, and you will no longer enjoy membership rights after withdrawal.
6.3 All fees paid by corporate members will not be refunded when they withdraw from the membership.
6.4 Enterprises can continue to use the systems already installed by the enterprise, and Link Pass will not charge for this right.
6.5 Enterprises can apply to our center for deletion of related materials, and our center will no longer be responsible for keeping the company's Link Pass certification and other related materials.
6.6 After the company withdraws from the membership, it is not allowed to use the name of our center to make publicity outside.
6.7 After the enterprise withdraws from the membership, it is not allowed to use the relevant information of our center, including but not limited to, LOGO, anti-counterfeiting code, online display materials, and member badges.
6.8 After the enterprise withdraws from the membership, our center will announce the withdrawal situation according to law.

7.1 If a corporate member violates the membership rules or the relevant regulations of the Link Pass platform, Link Pass has the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to warning, restricting services, or even terminating membership.
7. 2 If a corporate member violates the laws and regulations of the country to which he belongs during the use of the Link Pass platform, or uses the reputation of our center to engage in illegal and criminal activities, or spreads false remarks about our center, or spreads false remarks about members of the center, After verification, Link Pass has the right to immediately terminate its membership, and transfer suspected illegal and criminal acts to judicial authorities.
7. 3 If a corporate member violates laws and regulations when using the Link Pass platform for business activities, or engages in any illegal activities, Link Pass has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to warnings, restriction of services, termination of membership, and the right to Cooperate with relevant departments in investigation and handling.
7.4 If a corporate member maliciously damages the reputation of the Link Pass platform, spreads false information or spreads rumors to smear, after verification, Link Pass has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to warning, restricting services, terminating membership, and retaining The right to pursue legal responsibility.
7.5 If a corporate member violates the legal rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, improper business competition, etc., Link Pass has the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to reporting, deleting relevant information, restricting services, and terminating membership qualification, and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
7. 6 Link Pass has the final right to interpret the decision on the handling of member violations.
7. 7 If there is any objection to the above handling measures, corporate members can submit a written appeal to Link Pass. Link Pass will review the circumstances and make an appropriate determination.
7. 8 If it is found that a corporate member provides false evidence or intentionally misleads during the appeal process, Link Pass has the right to cancel its appeal qualification and take corresponding measures.
7. 9 Link Pass reserves the right to adjust the above measures according to the actual situation, and will make a corresponding notice on the official website of our center .

8.1 Link Pass has the right to modify membership rules according to operational needs. After the rules are revised, they will be announced after the third review by the Center Supervisory Committee, and will be publicized on the official website of our center . Members who continue to use the platform after the modification are deemed to agree to the content and terms of the new rules.
8. 2 The supervisory committee of the center will review and evaluate the revised content based on the importance and scope of the rule revision, and ensure that the revision complies with relevant laws, regulations and ethical guidelines.
8.3 After the approval of the third review by the Central Supervisory Committee, the rule revision plan will be announced. The content of the announcement should clearly state the specific content of the revision, the effective date and the scope of application .
8.4 Members should regularly pay attention to the announcements on the official website of our center to keep abreast of the revision of the rules. If members continue to use the platform after the rules are revised, they will be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the contents of the new rules.
8. 5 Members have the right to choose to stop using Link Pass platform services if they do not agree to the new rules, but shall not ask for a refund of paid membership fees.
