Dear students,

Welcome to our International Business School's August Specialist Training Course! We sincerely hope that this course will 

provide you with valuable learning opportunities and professional development prospects. To ensure the smooth running 

of the class, please adhere to the following detailed course rules:

1. Invitation Authorization: This course is exclusively for registered specialists and corporate members. Please refrain from 

inviting individuals who are not registered into the classroom. This measure is taken to maintain the professionalism and safety of the learning environment.

2. Attendance Requirement: Each student is encouraged to attend each class punctually to make the most of this invaluable 

learning opportunity. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please inform our Course Director in advance. Students who have been absent for three consecutive roll calls during the month will be deregistered. We hope that every participant cherishes this learning opportunity. If you wish to rejoin the training, you can register again in the following month.

3. Adherence to Guidelines: During the course, please abide by the relevant regulations and ensure your learning environment is 

safe. We expect all students to practice self-discipline, actively participate in discussions, and enhance the learning experience.

4. Video Recording: Recording videos during the course is permitted, as it helps with reviewing and revising course content. 

However, please ensure recording takes place in appropriate environments, avoiding instances such as recording while driving or 

in noisy external settings, as it may negatively impact your learning experience.

5. Video Display: Throughout the entire course, please keep your video display on to promote interaction and a better understanding of the instructional content.

6. Check-In Procedure: Prior to each class, please clock in at the CRM as part of the attendance record. This helps us ensure that all 

students are attending classes on time.

7. Respect for Others: Please treat every fellow student in the classroom with respect and refrain from disrupting others' learning. 

Any violations will result in warnings and potential removal from the classroom. We hope that together, we can create a friendly 

and harmonious learning atmosphere, where mutual respect and learning from one another are encouraged.
